The idea is simple. We rent a U.S. Postal Service PO box. You send
mail to us or the shanty of your choice (see full list of shantys below).
We pick up the mail from the PO box, and distribute it on the ice. And
of course the process works in reverse.

web site. We have everything you'll need to participate in the project.
Just bring your address book and we'll thaw your fingers and start you
on your way.
